摘要
对用水过程的优化设计即废水最小化问题进行了研究 ,提出了操作水源和操作序列的概念 .分别对单组分再利用、多组分再利用及单组分再生再利用问题 ,提出了逐步线性规划的解算方法 .新方法首先依据规则将操作对贫流的要求进行分段排序 ,然后按操作序列逐级进行富流和贫流水源的优化匹配 ,最终完成用水过程的设计 .给出了 4个实例 。
Water pollution and scarcity of water is a life-and-death problem that human being is facing. It is worthy of investigation of evolving water-using processes to reduce both fresh water consumption and wastewater production. This paper approaches the optimized design of water-using processes, i.e. wastewater minimization. The concepts of process source and process sequence are introduced. For reuse process of a single contaminant and multiple contaminants along with regeneration and reuse process of a single contaminant, a new computation method is addressed respectively, which is named as step by step linear programming method. From the beginning, the processes are sectionalized or collated according to the limiting operating data of lean streams, and then the matching between rich streams and lean streams (water sources) is optimized step by step in accordance with the collated processes, ultimately the design of water-using network is attained. Four examples are solved to demonstrate the effectiveness and convenience of the new method.
