摘要
利用红外热成像技术 ,在传热学理论研究和分析的基础上 ,研制了一套大型设备在线保温评估软件系统 ,实现了大型设备保温效果方便而快捷的在线检测与评估。将统计分析的方法应用于红外热像保温评估的数据分析 ,其结果能更好的逼近真实值。统计分析表明 ,同一幅红外热图上的热流密度值服从正态分布 ,正态分布的均值 μ反映了该区域的平均热流损失 ,μ越大 ,热流损失越大。正态分布的方差 σ反映了数据的分散程度 ,σ越大 ,缺陷种类和级别越多。能用正态分布的 μ和 σ显著性检验方法区分不同程度的保温缺陷。同时也能给出在一定概率下 ,数据处理所得到的 μ和
A software system to estimate the heat preservation based on the calculation heat flow and infrared image was developed to evaluate the heat preservation effect for large equipment on line.The statistical analys is method was used in heat preservation evaluation with infrared image.Infrared image detection of a long-distance pipeline was taken to test the statistical a nalysis method.The data from the software were analysed ststistically.The result s showed that the experimental values of heat flow at different place on one inf rated image obeyed the normal probability distribution.The mean value μ in nor ma l probability distribution expressed the average heat flow on one infrared image .The larger the μ values is,the larger the heat loss.The variance σ in the nor m al probability distribution expressed the range of detected data on one infrared image.The larger the σ values is,the more of the kinds and degree of defects.T herefore,the μ values could be used to predicting the totally heat loss of larg e equipment and to evaluate the kinds and degree of defects.The test of signific ance and confidence interval for μ and σ are discussed.
