冠心病二级预防康复的实施与长期指导

The Study of Second Grade Preventing Rehabilitation and Long-term Guiding Treatment in the Patients with CAD

目的探讨冠心病二级预防康复实施与长期指导的疗效。方法 2 0 7例冠心病患者随机分为观察组 16 1例 ,依照冠心病二级预防康复要求 ,包括临床治疗、控制冠心病危险因素、卫生宣教和运动治疗等 ,长期给予指导 ,定期复查 ;对照组 4 6例 ,仍按照常规方法治疗 ,不定期随诊。结果观察组患者对所患疾病的恢复与稳定、冠心病危险因素的控制、减少心肌再梗死、减少死亡 ,提高生活质量等方面明显优于对照组。结论冠心病二级预防康复对改善冠心病患者疾病状况、身体活动能力、心脏功能、提高生活质量以及减少死亡有着更好的医疗效果。

Objective\ To study the efficacy of second grade preventing rehabilitation and long-term guiding therapy for the patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods\ 207 patients with CAD were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (161 cases), treated by second grade preventing rehabilitation model including clinical treatment, control of harmful factors of CAD, healthy education and exercise treatment, as well long term guiding therapy and regular physical check ups; control group (46 cases), treated by routine therapy without regular physical check ups. Results\ The patients' condition of health and ability carrying out physical activities were improved, cardiac functions recovered rapidly, the harmful factors for CAD controlled, and the re infarction of CAD and death decreased after treatment in the observation group, which were more satisfactory than in the control group. Conclusion The second grade preventing rehabilitation is a better effective model in improving the ability of physical activities, cardiac functions and living quality, decreasing death in the patients with CAD.
