摘要
目的 :研究中成药神农心脑康抗心肌缺血的作用和对血流动力学的影响。方法 :对垂体后叶素引起的大鼠行急性心肌缺血实验、结扎左冠状动脉前降支引起的缺血 再灌性心肌损伤实验及麻醉大鼠血流动力学实验。结果 :①神农心脑康 (0 .3g/kg)能明显减轻垂体后叶素诱导的大鼠急性心肌缺血反应 ,与阴性对照组比较 P<0 .0 5 ;②阴性对照组结扎左冠状动脉前降支 30min、复灌 30min后心肌梗死面积为 (45 .7± 5 .8) % ,神农心脑康低剂量 (0 .3g/kg)和神农心脑康高剂量 (1.5 g/kg)组心肌梗死面积分别为 (2 5 .8± 5 .8) %和 (2 5 .9± 7.8) % ,与阴性对照组比较均P <0 .0 0 1;③神农心脑康 (1.5g/kg)对大鼠血流动力学各项指标均无明显影响。 结论 :神农心脑康有抗心肌缺血的作用 。
Objective: To study the anti myocardial ischemia effects and hemodynamic effects of Shengnong Xinnaokang(XNK), a Chinese medicine, in anesthetized Wistar rats. Methods:We checked the effects of XNK on the follwing 3 experiment models: experiment of pituitrin induced acute myocardial ischemia, experiment of ligation of left coronary artery(LCA) and 30 minutes′ reperfusion and experiment of hemodynamics. Result: ① I n pituitrin(5U/kg, iv) induced acute myocardial ischemia, XNK ( 0.3 g/kg) can significantly decreased the acute ischemic changes in ECG (P< 0.05 ).②The myocardial infarction ( 45.7 ± 5.8 )% was produced by 30 minutes' ligation of left coronary artery(LCA) and 30 minutes′ reperfusion. XNK 0.3 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg significantly reduced the myocardial infarction size to 25.8 ± 5.8 (P< 0.001 ) and 25.9 ± 7.8 respectively (P< 0.001 ). ③There was no influence of XNK on rat hemodynamics. Conclusions: XNK has anti myocardial ischemia effects, but it is not obtained by the change of hemodynamics. And its mechanism should be forther studied.
