摘要
目的 :应用棋盘格模式翻转视觉诱发电位 (P -VEP)检查 ,观察准分子激光角膜切削手术 (PRK)过程中 ,激光发射时的冲击力等对视网膜、视神经的影响。方法 :对 2 2例 4 4只眼行准分子角膜切削术前 3天及术后 3天进行视觉诱发电位检查 ,对比手术前后P10 0 波的潜伏时 (PL)、波幅 (AMP)的变化。结果 :2 2例 4 4只眼 ,手术前 :P10 0 波波幅低下伴潜伏时延迟者 6只眼 ,占 13 6% ;仅有波幅低下 3 4只眼 ,占 77 3 % ;正常 4只眼 ,占 9 1%。手术后 :P10 0 波波幅低下伴潜伏时延迟者 4只眼 ,占 9 1% ;仅有波幅低下 6只眼 ,占 13 6% ;其余均正常。治疗后波幅即是低下 ,也较前有明显提高 (P <0 0 1) ,而潜伏时无差异 (P >0 1)。结论 :从手术前后视觉诱发电位观察 ,准分子角膜切削术对视网膜、视神经无任何损害。
Objective:To study the excimer laser ablation on retina and optic nerve during PRK procedure Methods:22 patients(44 eyes)were randomly selected from our hospital,which had under-gone PRK The changes of preoperatin and postoperation were compared in Amp.op P 100 and PL.Results:Among the 22 patients(44 eyes)of preoperatin,6 eyes,about 13.6 percent,and low in Amp.of P 100 and late in PL;only 34 eyes,about 77.3 percent,are low in Amp;4 eyes,about 9.1 percent,are normal In postoperation,4 eyes,about 9.1 per-cent,are low in Amp of P 100 and late in PL;only 6 eyes,about 13.6 percent,are low in Amp;the rests are normal.The Operative Amp of P 100 was improved obviously(P<0 01),but PL had not the signifi-cant differences(P>0 1).Conclusion:In the case of P-VEP,PPK has no injuries on retina and optic nerve.
