在[1]中,J.L.Walsh研究了Tchebycheff意义下最佳有理逼近与经典pade′逼近之问的关系。本文把[1]中的结果推广到Newton-Pade′逼近和Pade′型逼近。

In paper[1], J.L.walsh studied the relation between the classical pade approximants and the rational functions of best approximation in the sense of Tchebycheff. The paper we present heve generalizes the result in [ 1 ] to the cases in which Newton-Pade approximants and Pade-type approximation are considered.
