急性缺氧缺血性脑病新生鼠高压氧治疗后肾功能的变化

The Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygenation on Renal Function in Neonatal Rats with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

目的 :观察缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)新生鼠肾功能的改变及高压氧 (HBO)对肾功能的影响。方法 :2 0只新生Wistar大鼠制备成HIE模型 ,10只作高压氧治疗 ,10只作HIE对照 ,10只作正常对照。检测 3组血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐 (Cr)及尿酸 (UA)浓度。结果 :HIE新生鼠血清BUN、Cr及UA浓度明显高于正常对照组。HIE新生鼠高压氧疗后 ,血清BUN降至正常对照组水平 ,Cr降低 ,UA产生也减少。结论 :HIE新生鼠功能明显受损 ,HBO对HIE肾功能损害有治疗价值。

Objective:To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) on the renal function in neonatal rats with hypoxicischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods:10 neonatal wistar rats with HIE were treated with HBO once a day for three days,10 neonatal rats with HIE and 10 normal rats were used as controls.Serum BUN,Cr and uric acid (UA) were measured in three groups.Results:Serum BUN,Cr and UA in HIE group were higher significantly than those in normal control group.Compared to the group treated without HBO,serum BUN levels in the group treated with HBO were recovered to those in the normal control group;the levels of Cr and UA decreased.Conclusion:Renal function lesion can be caused by HIE in rats.HBO is a valuable method in the treatment of renal function lesion with HIE.
