CDFI对卵巢肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断价值

The Validity of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Differentiating Benign and Malignant Ovarian Tumors

目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像鉴别卵巢良恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法 对 12 7例卵巢肿瘤患者术前进行彩色多普勒检查并与术后病理对照。结果 恶性肿瘤的彩色血流显示率明显高于良性组 (P <0 .0 1) ,RI明显低于良性组 (P <0 .0 1)。恶性肿瘤的血管分布较良性组高亦有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 彩色多普勒血流显像对卵巢肿瘤良恶性的鉴别具有较大的临床诊断价值。

Objective To study validity of color Doppler flow Imaging in differentiating benign and Malignant ovarian tumors.Methods One hundred and twenty seven ovarian tumors were examined by color Doppler and compared with pathologic and surgical findings.Results Results:Color blood flow displayed rate of malignant ovarian tumors is higher than that of the benign one(P<0.01),RI of malignant ovarian tumors is lower than that of the benign one (P<0.01).The vascular distribution of malignant ovarian tumors were different significantly from the benign one.Conclusion Color Doppler flow Imageing provides potential applicable value for clinical diagnosis in differentiation of benign and malignant ovarin tumors.
