VEGF、PCNA在肺癌组织中的表达及其意义

Expressions of VEGF and PCNA in Lung Cancer Tissues and Their Significance

目的 :探讨肺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达及其与肺癌临床分期、病理分型的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学技术SP法 ,检测 88例人肺癌组织和 30例人癌旁肺组织中VEGF和PCNA的表达。结果 :VEGF、PCNA在肺癌组织中的表达率分别为 71.6 %、70 .5 % ,与正常肺组织中的表达率相比 ,P值均小于 0 .0 5。VEGF、PCNA均与肺癌的临床分期呈正相关 ,而与病理分型无关。结论 :检测肺癌组织中的VEGF、PCNA的表达有助于肺癌的临床分期 ,并为肺癌的发生发展提供理论基础。

Objective:To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and their significance.Methods:Surgical samples of 88 patients with primary lung cancer and 30 normal tissues near the cancer were measured using immunohistochemistry.Results:Positive expression rates of VEGF and PCNA in lung cancer tissues were 71.6% and 70.5% respectively(Both P <0.05),compared with normal control.VEGF and PCNA were positively correlated with clinical stages of lung cancer,and both of them had no connection with pathological types.Conclusion:Determination of PCNA and VEGF in lung cancer tissues contributes to clinical staging and provides theoretical basis about the development of lung cancer.
