欧必亭防治妇科腹部手术后呕吐的临床观察

Prevention and Treatment of Vomiting after Gynecologic Abdominal Surgery with Tropisetron

目的:评价欧必亭预防妇科肿瘤手术后所致呕吐的效果和不良反应。方法:100例术后患者随机分成2组,用药组50例,术后立即静注欧必亭5mg;对照组50例,术后立即静注胃复安20mg。结果:用药组止吐有效率92%;对照组为54%。用药组的便秘较对照组多,两组间有明显差异。结论:欧必亭是一种安全、有效防治妇科腹部手术后呕吐的5-HT3受体拮抗剂。

Objective:To evaluate the effect and undesirable effects of Tropisetron in pre-vention and treatment of vomiting after gynecological tumor operation.Methods:One hundred postoperative patients were divided randomly into two groups:Fifty patients were treated with Tropisetron5mg after operation,while another50patients were treated with Metoclopramide20mg postoperatively.Results:The antiemetic effective rate of the Tropisetron group was92%.It was higher than that of Metoclopramide group(54%)with significant statistic difference(P<0.05).Constipation was found more in Tropisetron group.Conclusion:Tropisetron is a safe and effec-tive5-HT 3 receptor antagonist for prevention of vomiting after gynecological tumor opera tion.
