摘要
为探讨期中考试应激对卫生学校护生心理状态及考试成绩的影响 ,采用症状自评量表 (SCL -90 )、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)及抑郁自评量表 (SDS) ,在期中考试前一天 ,对 2 12名参加期中考试的护生进行调查 ,并对期中考试成绩进行分析。结果 :被调查者SCL -90各因子分与全国常模比较 ,除敌对一项外 ,皆有统计学意义(P <0 .0 1) ,SCL -90各因子阳性水平、SDS及SAS的总粗分和标准分与期中考试平均成绩呈负相关。认为考试应激使卫生学校护生心理问题明显增多 ,并影响考试成绩。
To probe into the effects of mid-term stress on psychological status and test scores of the students in health school,SymptomSelf-evaluation Scale (SCL-90), Self-evaluation Anxious Scale (SAS), and Self-evaluation Depression Scale (SDS) were applied to investigated on the psychological health status of 212 nursing students before they attended the mid-term test.Results showed that every factor score of SCL-90 of who were investigated had significant statistical differences compared to common patterns of the whole country (P<0.01). The level of all SCL-90 factors, the gross score and standard score of SDS and SAS had negative relations with the average mid-term test score of the students. Suggested that test stress of health school students may trigger them to develop more psychological symptoms. The test stress affected the outcome of test as well.
