摘要
目的 :研究驻高原部队睡眠剥夺及力竭运动后对血液流变学的影响及药物的效应。方法 :在海拔 370 0m对已习服的某部 2 4名男性士兵随机分为 3组 ,每组 8人。采用全自动血液流变仪于上午 10 :0 0~ 13:0 0检测受试者的红细胞压积 (HCT)、血液粘度 (ηb)、血浆粘度 (ηp)、红细胞变形系数 (TK)、红细胞聚集系数 (VAI)和微循环滞留时间 (MST)。 2 4h睡眠剥夺后坐位踏车运动直至力竭 ,静息 10min后重复上述检测。然后给 3组受试者分别口服三普红景天、乙酰唑胺和炒面胶囊 ,连服 2 0d ,再作第二次实验 ,方法和时间与第一次相同。结果 :实验前和第一次力竭运动后 (服药前 ) 3组之间HCT、TK、ηb、ηp、VAI、MST均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,服药后 (第二次力竭运动后 )HCT乙酰唑胺组高于红景天组和对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,ηp对照组高于乙酰唑胺组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,VAI和MST对照组高于红景天组和乙酰唑胺组 (P <0 .0 1)。服药前与实验前比较HCT 3组均增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,TK和 ηb红景天组和乙酰唑胺增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,ηp对照组增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。服药后与服药前比较TK、ηb、ηp、VAI、MST红景天组和乙酰唑胺组均增高 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective:To study the effect of sleep deprivation and exhaustion exercise on hemokinetics at high altitude(3 700 m) and the regulative effect of rholida and acetazolamide.Methods:24 young acclimatized soldiers were randomly divided into 3 groups: rholida group,acetazolamide group and control group.Their HCT,ηb,ηp,TK,VAI and MST were determined before and after making the first ride bike training to exhaustion after depriving sleep for 24 hours.The determinations on the day 20 were repeated.Results:HCT in all subjects was increased after the first exhaustion-exercise( P <0.01),the TK and ηb were increased in rholida and acetazolamide group ( P <0.01),but and ηp were increased in control group( P <0.05).After the second exhaustion exercise,HCT in acetazolamide group was higher than that in rholida and control group( P <0.01),but in control group,TK,VAI and MST were higher than that in acetazolamide group( P <0.05).By taking the medicines,the TK,ηp,ηb,WAI and MST were greatly increased in acetazolamide and rholida group after the second exhaustion exercise( P <0.01).Conclusion:Rholida and acetazolamide could improve the hemokinetics indexes after depriving sleep and exhaustion exercise at high altitude.
