摘要
江泽民十分重视科技创新 ,把它视为民族之魂。江泽民科技创新思想是一完整体系 ,包括知识创新、技术创新和体制创新 ,其中掌握先进科技知识和高新技术的科技人才是科技创新的关键 ,体制创新是科技创新的制度保障。
JIANG Ze-min pays much attention to the creativity in science and technology and takes it as national spirit. His theory of the creativity in science and technology becomes fully systematized,including the creativity in knowledge,technological innovation and system reform. It is the key to cultivate the qualified scientists and technicians who master the advanced scientific and technological knowledge and high technology. It is also the guarantee to reform the system.
