摘要
本文用矢量偏微分算子理论〔1〕计算了一种特殊结构电磁谐振腔的本征问题。计算结果表明 ,这一方法确实可以消除“非物理模”的影响 ,不需要加任何人为的惩罚因子 ,直接连续地计算出 2 0个最低的谐振模式。该方法不仅计算快速 ,节省内存 ,而且精度很高 。
A new numerical method for the eigenvalue problem of electromagnetic cavity based on the theory of vector partial differential operator is presented. The results show that there is no 'spurious mode'. The eigenvalue of the cavity for the lowest 20 modes are obtained without any additional penalty factor. Comparison to the traditional method shows that the presented method can save a lot of computer time and can operate with higher accuracy.
