外周血T淋巴细胞嗜银染色对消化道恶性肿瘤疗效的评估

Significance of Ag-NORs measurements in estimating effectiveness and mornitoring progressiveness of digestive tract maglinant tumors

目的 研究T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白 (Ag NORs)在消化道恶性肿瘤疗效评估病情监测中的意义。方法 对 5 5例消化道恶性肿瘤患者术前、术后T淋巴细胞Ag NORs含量进行对比研究。结果 术前外周静脉血T淋巴细胞Ag NORs含量为 5 .0 1± 1.41,术后T淋巴细胞Ag NORs含量为 6.35± 0 .74,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 T淋巴细胞Ag NORs含量测定可以很灵敏地反映出恶性肿瘤的切除情况 ,对消化道恶性肿瘤手术的疗效评估监测具有非常重要的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the significan ce of nucleolar organizer regions associated proteins of T Lymphocytes (Ag-NORs) in estimating effectiveness andmornitoring progress of digestive tract maglinant tu mors.Methods Ag-NORs contents of 55 patients with digestive t ract malignant tumors were measured and compared before and after operation.Results Before and after operation Ag-NORs contents in t he peripheral blood T lymphocytes were 5.01±1.41 and 6.35±0.74 respectively,w ith the difference being significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The measurement of Ag-NORs in the T lymphocyt es was a sensitive method related to excision ofdigestive tract malignant tumors and had an application value in estimating operation effectiveness and mornitor ing progressiveness.
