摘要
目的 观察脉冲与静磁场结合的磁场对成骨细胞体外生长的影响。方法 用胶原酶阶梯消化法体外分离、培养成骨细胞 ,随机取培养板 2块 ,1块作为对照 ,在另 1块培养板两侧放置脉冲与静磁场组合的磁场 ,静磁场强 5 0 0GS ,脉冲峰值 65mV ,频率 75Hz ,作用 2 4h ,用酶联免疫法检测磁场对成骨细胞增殖的影响。结果 实验组A值为 0 .2 764± 0 .0 0 39;对照组A值为0 .1972± 0 .0 0 2 7,两者差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 采用脉冲磁场与静磁场结合的方式 ,对成骨细胞有显著的促增殖作用。
Objective To observe the effects of com bined electromagnetic fields (CEMFs) on the growth of cultured rat osteoblasts.Methods Osteoblasts isolated from the newly born Wistar r ats were cultured by the methods of 'collagenase-ladder digest assay. The osteo blasts in the CEMFs group were cultured for 24h in the CEMFs with the intensio n of electromagnetic fields bing 500 GS, pulse peak value 65mv, frequency 75 Hz.ELISA method was used to observe the effect of electromagnetic field on cell growth. Results The A values of CEMFs groups (0.2764±0.003 9) were significantly higher than in the control group (0.1972±0.003)(P <0.01).Conclusion The CEMFs can stimulate the growth of osteoblasts.
