改良部分结膜囊成形术的临床应用

Clinical application of the modified protion conjunctival sac reconstruction

目的 评价部分结膜囊成形术时用埋线法行穹隆加深的疗效。方法２６例分别用羊膜、皮肤、自体结膜岛状移植做结膜囊成形术同时行埋线法穹隆加深术。平均随访６～２４月。结果２６例中２５例能放置正常大小义眼片，外观满意。结论埋线法穹隆加深术适用于部分结膜囊成形术，能抵抗术后结膜囊收缩。

Objective To evaluate the effect of hidden ligature method to deepen fornix in portion conjunctival sac reconstruction. Methods 26 cases using of amnion, free skin, or conjunctiva grafts in portion con- junctival sac reconstruction were deepened fornix with hidden ligature method, and follow up for 6 - 24 months. Results 25 of the 26 patients were able to wear an normal size ocular prosthesis comfortably. One pa- tient had recurrent conjunctival contracture and worn a small prosthesis. Conclusion To deepen fornix with hidden ligature method in recon- structing portion conjunctival sac can resistance to contracture.
