摘要
目的 探讨提高慢性泪囊炎手术成功率的有效方法。方法应用透明质酸钠注入泪囊，根据泪囊的大小、形态及部位，适当调整骨孔的位置，争取得到较大的泪囊粘膜瓣，并运用丝裂霉素Ｃ抑制纤维肉芽组织增生所致的手术通道阻塞。结果３０例手术应用此方法手术成功率１００％。结论 本法可有效提高手术成功率。
Objective To study how to elevate the successful rate of dacry- ocystorhinostomy. Methods Sodium hyaluronate was injected into lacrimal sac according it's size,form to make the opening Of bone and to get the bigger mucous flap. And mitomycin c was used to control the granulation after surgery. Results The successful rae of 30 cases was 100%. Conclusion This method could elevate the successful rate of dacryocystorhinostomy surgery.
