子宫内膜癌MDR基因的表达与临床意义

MDR gene expression in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的 探讨子宫内膜癌多药耐药基因的表达与临床病理学特征的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学ABC法检测 50例子宫内膜癌组织与 2 6例正常或各型增生子宫内膜组织MDR基因的表达。结果 正常或各型增生子宫内膜存在MDR基因的表达 ,子宫内膜癌MDR基因的阳性表达率为 48% ,其中组织学分级G1 、G2 级MDR的表达显著高于G3级 ,手术分期Ⅰ期MDR基因的表达显著低于Ⅱ～Ⅳ期 ,MDR的表达与肌层浸润的深度无关。结论 子宫内膜癌抗药性可能与MDR基因的表达有关 。

Objective To determine the expression of MDR gene in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of MDR gene (multidrug resistance gene) was measured by immunohistochemistry ABC method in paraffin-embeded tissues of 50 endometrial carcinoma and 26 normal or/and benign hypertrophic endometrium. Results In normal or/and benign endometrium, MDR was present in glands of proliferative and hyperplastic endometrium(6/26). MDR gene expression was observed in 48%(24/50) endometrium carcinoma, the MDR gene was found to be significantly higher in FIGO G 1 and G 2 than in G 3 tumors ( P <0.05), and lower in stage Ⅰthan in stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ tumor, while no significant difference was detected in tumors of different myometrial carcinoma. Conclusion MDR gene exepression is related with the resistance to cheomotherapy, and the protocal should be chosen to promote the patient's sensitivity to chemotherapy.
