摘要
吉米沙星是氟喹诺酮类新药,能增加拓扑异构酶的亲合力;对大多数革兰氏阳性细菌有抗菌活性,对革兰氏阴性细菌也有抗菌活性;临床用于病原体所致的各种感染治疗。吉米沙星的抗菌谱广,抗菌作用强大,毒副反应少,有可能成为临床上广泛应用于治疗各种感染性疾病的常用药物。
