摘要
探讨血脂异常与老年糖尿病 (DM)合并心脑血管疾病的关系。方法 :测定 72例老年 2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂水平。结果 :糖尿病患者总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)显著增高而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL - C)显著降低 ,而糖尿病伴心脑血管疾病患者尤为显著。且空腹血糖 (FBG)与 TC、TG、体重指数 (BMI)呈正相关 ;与 HDL - C呈负相关。结论 :血糖升高、血脂异常。
Objective:To study the relationship between abnormal serum lipids and age diabetes mellitus complicated with cardiovascular and encephalovascular diseases. Methods:72 cases of age diabetes mellitus were selected and the levels of serum lipids and glucose were measured. Results:Total cholesterol and glyceride in diabetes mellitus increased significantly. However, high density lipid cholesterol decreased significantly, especially in those cases complicated with cardiovascular and encephalovascular diseases. The fast blood glucose showed the positive correlation with total cholesterol, total glyceride and body mass index and negative correlation with high density lipid cholesterol. Conclusion:There is a close relation among high blood glucose, abnormal lipid and atherosclerosis.
