肝硬化辨证分型与Child-Pugh分级及并发症关系初探

Exploration on Relationship between Cirrhosis of liver's Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome Differentiation Typing and Child-pugh degree,Complication

将肝硬化患者 82例进行辨证分型 ,并与child pugh分级、并发症的发生进行观察比较 ,结果发现 ,肝硬化的辨证分型与child pugh分级、并发症的发生有一定的关系 ,说明肝硬化的辨证分型不仅是对前一阶段病情的概括 。

Object:To study the relationship between 82 cases cirrhosis of liver's traditional Chinese medical syndrome differentiation typing and child pugh degree,Complication.Results:Cirrhosis of liver's traditional Chinese medical syndrome differentiation typing and child pugh degree,complication had some relationship.Conclusions:Cirrhosis of liver's traditional Chinese medical syndrome differentiation typing was notonly judged the condition of the patient in the past time,but also has the guiding significance to guess the condition of the patient in the future.
