儿科病人中产超广谱β内酰胺酶菌的监测 被引量:8

摘要 目的 了解儿科感染性疾病中肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌产超广谱 β内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)的发生率及其对 16种抗生素的耐药情况。方法 应用纸片扩散确证法检测ESBLs,Kirby Bauer(KB)法测定细菌对抗菌药物的敏感性。结果 肺炎克雷伯菌产酶率为 2 5 .3 % ,大肠埃希菌为 14.6 %。产ESBLs株对 16种抗生素的耐药性显著高于非产ESBLs ;产ESBLs菌对头孢类和青霉素类抗生素的耐药率较高 ,除头孢他啶以外 ,其耐药率均在6 0 %以上。产ESBLs菌对亚胺培南的敏感率为 10 0 %。结论 儿科中产ESBLs的发生率已相当高 ,实验室应积极开展产ESBLs的检测 。 Objective To investigate the incidence of extended spectrum β lactamases (ESBLs) producing strain in children's infection and their resistant rate to 16 antibiotics. Methods ESBLs producing strain were detected by the confirmation method. The bacterial susceptibility testing was asssyed by Kirby Bauer mthod.Results The incidence of ESBLs was 25.3% in K.pneumoniae and 14.6% in E.coli. The resistant rates of ESBLs producing strain to 16 antibiotics were much higher than that of non ESBLs producing strain. ESBLs producing strain were more resistant to cephalosporins and penicillins, except ceftazidime, the resistant rates were more than 60%, the susceptibility rate of these strains to imipenem was 100%. Conclusion The prevalence of ESBLs in children's infection was high, it is necessary for clinical laboratory to detect ESBLs, and report in time.
