格拉司琼与阿霉素、表阿霉素配伍的相互作用研究

目的 :研究格拉司琼与 2种抗癌药阿霉素及表阿霉素在生理盐水中的配伍稳定性。方法 :用紫外分光光度法考察格拉司琼与上述 2种药物在 8h内的吸收度变化情况 ,同时观察外观、pH值及薄层层析检查。结果 :在室温条件下 ,格拉司琼与阿霉素及表阿霉素在 0 - 8h内外观稳定 ,特殊峰吸收度、pH值无明显变化 ,薄层层析检查无新物质产生。结论

OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of granisetron with two kinds of anticancer drugs(pharmorubicin,doxorubicin)in 0 9% NaCl solution.METHODS:Absorption ratioes of compatible content of granisetron with pharmorubicin,doxorubicin were investigatal by ultrariolet spectrophotometry,and the pH,new substemces formed were determined by TLC.RESULTS:There were no evident changes in appearance,pH and spectrum at room temperature 25℃ within 0～8 hours. There was no new substances formed by TLC.CONCLUSION Granisetron with pharmorubicin,doxorubicin in 0 9%NaCl can be used.
