复方替硝唑凝胶剂的制备与质量控制

Study on the Preparation of Tinidazole Compound Gel and its Quality Controlled

目的 :研制复方替硝唑凝胶剂并制定质量控制标准。方法 :以替硝唑和氯霉素为主药制成凝胶剂 ,并用双波长法于 2 72 5nm、 34 3 5nm处测定氯霉素的平均回收率分别为 10 2 17% (RSD 1 44 % ) ;98 40 % (RSD1 47% )。结论 :该制剂制备工艺简便 ,质量控制可行。

Objective:To investigate the preparation of Tinidazole Compound Gel and set up its quality controlled.Methods:The preparation of Tinidazole Compound Gel containing Tinidazole and Chloromycin.The concentration of Chloromycin was determined by use of Double-Wavelength UV method and the concentration of Tinidazole was also determined by UV at 365nm,which 0 1M NaOH as a solution.Results:The average recoveries of Tinidazole and Chloromycin were 102 17%(RSD 1 44%);98 40%(RSD 1 47%)respectively.Conclusions:The method was simple and reliable.
