海扶超声聚焦刀治疗肝癌116例的临床护理

通过对 1999年 6月至 2 0 0 1年 2月 ,应用海扶超声聚焦刀治疗 116例肝癌患者的护理 ,总结了术前、术中及术后的护理方法。强调了术前病人的心理准备 ;术中生命体征监测 ,治疗体位的合理摆放及治疗区皮肤的监测和术后的观察与处理为护理的重点。

Through caring the 116 hepatic carcinoma patients with HIFU Focused Ultrasound Knife from Jun.1999～Feb.2001,summarized the nursing methods of before,during and after operation.Point out emphatically the preparation of psychology before operation;vital sight monitor,put rational therapeutic position and cutaneous monitor during operation period;and the treatment after operation.
