单克隆抗体亲和层析法纯化Namalva细胞干扰素 被引量：2

Purification of Namalva Interferon by Monoclonal Antibody Affinity Chromatography

摘要 采用自行研制的α干扰素单克隆抗体亲和层析胶3D9进行了Namalva细胞干扰素纯化的初步研究.结果表明:α干扰素纯化活性回收率达96%,比活性达1×108IU/mg,一次亲和层析纯化倍数4.4×104.电泳及Westem blot结果显示相对分子质量在2.1×103. Namalva IFN was purified with 3D9 anti-IFNa monoclonal antibody affinity chromatography col-umn which was produced at Anke hightechnology Co. The result showed that the recovery rate of IFN activi-ty was 96% , specific activity was 1 x 108IU/mg, the purity of IFN increased by 4.4 x 104 folds. The molec-ular weight of purified IFN is 21kD analysis by SDS-PAGE.
