摘要 出发菌株黑曲霉 FJ 008,经紫外线、紫外线和亚硝基胍复合诱变获得一株复合酶高产菌株 SL2111。该菌在基础发酵培养基上,变温培养72h,每克鲜曲酸性蛋白酶酶活可达4525 U/g、果胶酶7015 U/g、纤维素酶4497 U/g,分别比出发菌株提高97.9%、70.1%和 13.4%。经斜面传代培养 5代,产酶特性稳定。并运用相关分析法对17株变株所产的酸性蛋白酶酶活力、纤维素酶酶活力和果胶酶酶活力进行分析,结果表明:酸性蛋白酶酶活力与纤维素酶、果胶酶酶活力的变化呈正相关,因此可以选择酸性蛋白酶酶活力的高低作为复合酶菌种筛选及其特性研究的依据。 A high yield multicomponent enzymes producing strain Aspergillus niger SL2 111 was screened from its parent strain Asp. niger FJ 008 by treating with UV as well as complex mutagenesis of UV and NTG. Asp. niger SL2 111 was cultured on solid medium, the enzyme activities were 4525 U/g for acid pro- tease 7015 U/g for pectinase and 4497 U/g for cellulase, which were enhanced 97. 9%, 70. 1 % and 13 .4 % of the original strain' s, respectively. Its properties for high yield producing multicomponent en- zymes remained stable after five times of subculture. In addition, the activities of acld protease, pectinase and cellulase produced from 17 strains were investigated with correlation analysis method. The result showed that there were positive correlation between acid protease and pectinase, acid protease and cellulase. Accord- ing to this relation, the activity of acid protease could be regarded as the response in selecting the strains.
