继发于重型痘疮样水疱病的角化棘皮瘤1例

A case of keratoacanthoma secondary to severe hydroa vacciniforme

患者男性,41岁,自3岁始于日晒后暴露部位起皮疹,反复发作,致畸。诊断为重型种痘样水疱病。患者31岁时终止发病。同年右耳廓发生角化棘皮瘤,手术切除治愈。

A 41 year old male patient suffered from skin rash on the exposed parts with sunlight since he was 3 years old . The skin lesion attacked repeatedly and led to deformity. The diagnosis of hydroa vacciniforme was made. When he was 31 years old,the attack stopped . In the same year keratoacanthoma appeared on the right ear, and was removed by surgery later.
