摘要
探讨黄连素对糖尿病性神经病变大鼠神经传导速度的影响及内分泌激素的调节。本文用链脲霉素 (STZ)制备动物模型 ,用电生理方法测定神经传导速度 (NCV) ,用放免法 (RIA)测定胰岛素 (INS)、生长激素 (GH)和生长抑素 (SS)。结果表明 ,该药能降低血糖 (P <0 .0 1) ,改善大鼠神经传导速度 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,升高血清胰岛素 (P <0 .0 1)和生长抑素 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,降低血清生长激素 (P <0 .0 5 )。黄连素治疗糖尿病及其并发症糖尿病性神经病变的机理 ,推测在降低血糖的同时 ,改善与糖尿病相关的多种激素水平可能有一定的关系。
To probe into the relation to regulation of Diabetic Neuropathy (DN) and endocrine hormone, and effects of HLS treated DN. In ratmodel using streptozotocin (STZ), nerve condution velocity (NCV) was determined by method of electrophysiology and insulin (INS), growth hormone (GH) and somatostatin (SS) levels were determined by RIA. Results showed that this drug can decrease concentration of serum glucose ( P <0.01) and GH ( P <0.05) as well as increase content of serum INS ( P <0.01) and SS ( P <0.05) increased NCV ( P <0.05) in DN rat model. The effects of HLS treated DM and DN can contribute to decrease serum glucose and regulate some levels of hormone.
