昆明地区正常人甲状腺相关激素时间分辨荧光免疫分析

The Normal Values of Thyroid Related Hormones in healthy People in Kunming Determined by TRFIA

为确定本地区甲状腺相关激素时间分辨荧光免疫分析法 (TRFIA)的正常参考值范围 ,对本地区 96名正常成人血清T3 、T4 、TSH、FT3 和FT4 作TRFIA测定。测量结果批间CV <5 % ,批内CV <2 % ;本地区正常参考值范围为 :T4 :6 6 - 171nmol/L ;T3 :1.0 - 2 .5nmol/L ;TSH :0 .3- 4.5mIU/L ;FT3 :3.1- 7.0 2 pmol/L ;FT4 :6 .4-2 2 .0 pmol/L。

To establish the referrence normal values of thyroid related hormones in the healthy people in Kunming by TRFIA, serum T 3,T 4,TSH,FT 3 and FT 4 levels in 96 subjects of normal adults in this area were determined. All values of the five items did not show significant difference between men and women. The inter-and intra-assay CV were <5% and <2% respectively. The normal referrence value range is T 4: 66-171nmol/L: T 3: 1.0-2.5nmol/L; TSH: 0.3-4.5mIU/L; FT 3: 3.1-7.02pmol/L; FT 4: 6.4- 22.0 pmol/L respectively. There is no significant difference between above ranges and the ranges offered by the corporation. Above ranges of the five items can be used as the normal referrence value ranges in this area.
