In this Paper,the direct combustion process of biomass is presented,including the composition and characteristics of biomass,the pyrolysis and combustion process,air demand,smoke quantity,calorific value and theoretical combustion temperature.The study was aimed at the effective utilization of biomass fuel and the providing theoretical basis for designing biomass fuel burning equipment and studying on biomass gasification.$$$$
