摘要
综述了近年来蚕丝纤维组成研究的进展。从蚕丝分子生物化学学的角度 ,阐述了蚕丝纤维的化学组成。丝胶蛋白的分子生物学结构 ,蚕丝主成份丝素的H链。
It is summarized the present progress on the composition of silk fibre. The chemical composition of silk fibre, molecular biology structure of sericin protein, the gene of the mainly composition of fibroin protein H-chain, L-chain and P25 glycoprotein and structure characters of protein and its basic element were suggested in the present paper on molecular biochemistry lever.
