开颖授粉和闭颖授粉水稻的耐湿性和花药结构比较 被引量:8

摘要 对HDAR0 0 2中的闭颖授粉水稻品系CL0 1和正常开颖授粉水稻T16 8进行了耐湿性比较 ,并对二者开花前、开花中以及开花后的花药的显微和亚微结构进行了观察。结果表明 ,闭颖授粉品系CL0 1耐湿性较强 ,其结实性受连续降雨的影响较小 ;开颖授粉水稻T16 8耐湿性较差 ,连续人工降雨 10d以上时 ,其结实率可下降到10 %以下。在解剖结构上 ,开颖授粉水稻的药隔基本组织较规则 ,而闭颖授粉材料的基本组织则很不规则 ,其表皮层发生角质化。在亚微水平上 ,二者的线粒体在开花前、开花中以及开花后的存在状态。 Studies were made on the moistureproof and the structure of cleistogamous Rice and anthesis Rice. The results show that the moistureproof of cleistogamous rice is better than that of anthesis rice. The seed sets only has slightly decreased after 10 days continuous rainfall (the first day is 81.2%, the tenth day is 59.8%). However, the seed sets of anthesis rice greatly decreased (the first day is 87.6%, the tenth day is 10.4%). There are obvious differences between the anatomic structures of the two types of material's. The ground tissue cells of cleistogamous Rice are metabolic and perhaps its coat cells have already been keratinzatized, while the ground tissue cells of anthesis rice are normal and have not been lignified or keratinzatized. The ultra microstructure shows that the formative process of vacuole and the change of mitochondria are very different between the cleistogamous rice and the anthesis rice.
