云南小菜蛾对阿维菌素的抗药性监测和药剂防治试验

Monitoring on the Resistance of Diamond Back Moth to Abamectin and Field Control Experiments in Yunnan

抗药性监测结果表明 :云南通海小菜蛾种群对阿维菌素的抗药性已增至 4 6 .1倍 ,昆明种群对阿维菌素的敏感性有所下降。对敌敌畏 ,各地种群仍有较高的敏感性 ,抗性不明显 ;对氯氰菊酯、灭多威则产生了数百倍的高度抗性。室内生测表明田间抗性小菜蛾对锐劲特、除尽和菜喜高度敏感。田间防治试验结果表明

The insecticides resistance of diamond back moth Plutella xylostella L. collected from Kunming and Tonghai regions of Yunnan Province was monitored by topical application method from 1997 to 1999. The results showed that the resistance ratios of Tonghai strain to abamectin increased to 46.1?fold as compared with a susceptible strain. No significant resistance was found to abamectin in the Kunming strain. The two strains were highly sensitive to DDVP, but exhibited high resistance to cypermethring and methomyl at more than several hundreds fold.The result of bioassays tests showed that the field resistant strains were highly susceptibility to Fipronil,Chlorfenapyr and Spinosad. The results of field control experiments demonstrated that abamectin had a comparatively satisfactory effect on controlling diamondback moth.
