粗酶制剂对鹅十二指肠食糜pH、粘度和酶活性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Enzyme Preparation on pH, HCO_3^-, Viscosity and β-glucan Content and Digestive Enzyme Activity in Duodenal Chyme of Geese

摘要 运用长久性瘘管采取 8只成年鹅十二指肠食糜样品 ,经分析测定 :十二指肠的pH值和HCO-3 浓度分别为 (5 .5 2± 0 .10 )和 (7.4 8± 0 .89)mmol/L ;食糜上清液的粘度平均为 (1.0 9± 0 .0 5 )× 10 -3 Pa·S ,β 葡聚糖含量为(0 .38± 0 .0 6 )mg/ml;食糜主要消化酶活力 :蛋白酶为 (2 6 .2 4± 1.4 8)U/ml,脂肪酶 (0 .4 8± 0 .0 9)U/ml,淀粉酶为(130 .0 3± 15 .85 )U/ml。添喂酶制剂后 ,食糜pH值和HCO-3 浓度分别升高 15 .5 8% (P <0 .0 5 )和 12 .30 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;食糜上清液的粘度和 β 葡聚糖的含量分别升高 8.2 6 % (P <0 .0 5 )和 4 2 .11% (P <0 .0 1) ,提示粗酶制剂作用于大麦日粮后 ,使其中 β 葡聚糖释放并游离到食糜上清液中 ,同时增加了胰液对HCO-3 的分泌量 ,从而使食糜pH值升高 ;食糜中蛋白酶和脂肪酶活力分别增加 38.91% (P <0 .0 1)和 4 5 .83(P <0 .0 1) ,而淀粉酶活力也有增加的趋势。以上结果表明 ,酶制剂可提高十二指肠食糜中主要消化酶的活力 。 Samples of eight adult geese fitted chonic duodenal cannulas were used in this study. The diet contained 45% barley for control period and that supplemented with 0.1% Biokyowa enzyme preparation for treatment period. The results were as follow: In duodenal chyme supernatant, the pH and HCO - 3 content were (5.52±0.10) and (7.48± 0.89 )mmol/L, respectively. The viscosity was (1.09±0.05)×10 -3 Pa·S and β?glucan content was (0.38±0.06) mg/ml .The activities of trypsin, lipase and amylase were (26.24±1.48)U/ml, (0.48±0.09)U/ml and (130.03± 15.85 ) U/ml , respectively. After addition of enzyme preparation in the feed, the pH and HCO - 3 content were increased 15.58% ( P <0.05) and 12.30% ( P <0.05);the viscosity of duodenal chyme supernatant and β?glucan content were 8.26% ( P < 0.05 ) and 42.11% ( P <0.01) higher than those of the control period. These results showed that the β?glucan in barely feed could be released into chyme by β?glucanse and increased the HCO - 3 secretion in pancreatic juice and bile, so that the pH was increased. The protease and lipase were increased 38.91% ( P <0.01) and 45.83 ( P <0.01),respectively. These results showed that barley based diet added with enzyme preparation can affect the duodenal digestive enzyme activity, so as to benefit the digestive and absorptive function in geese.
