摘要
测定了樟树 5个品系精油组分含量及木材纤维、导管分子形态特征和木材基本密度等材性性状的变异 ,结果表明 ,樟树 5个品系间精油含量及精油中主要成份含量差异显著。品系间木材纤维形态 (纤维长度、宽度、直径、壁腔比、腔径比、长宽比、壁厚 )、导管形态特征和木材基本密度等多数性状差异不显著 ,品系间热水浸提物含量差异显著。浸提前木材基本密度与浸提后木材基本密度间存在着显著的正相关。 5个品系中仅芳樟型类木材基本密度与胸径成显著的负相关 ;
s Chemical constitute of oil, fiber morphological features (fiber length, fiber width, fiber diameter, fiber wall thickness, fiber width ratio, fiber diameter width ratio and fiber dull wall diameter ratio), vessel morphological features (vessel length, vessel width, vessel diameter, vessel wall thickness) and wood basic density of five camphor clones (Camphor, Linalod, Cineol, Isonerolido and Bornecol) were systematically studied. Significant difference in oil contents and main chemical constitutes of oil in different parts of trees among five clones of camphor tees was found. No significant differences were detected in fiber to morphological features, vessel morphological features and wood basic density among different clones, but significant difference in hot water extract was found. Wood basic density unextracted was significantly positively related to wood basic density extracted at 0.001 level. Of five clones only wood basic density of Linalod type was found to be significantly negative related to its diameters at breast height whereas significantly postive relationship between oil content and its diameter at breast height was observed in the soots.
