为适应知识经济的发展趋势 ,企业统计功能、统计对象、统计方法与指标体系也应做出相应的变化和发展。企业人力资源统计有待深化 。
In order to adapt to the development of knowledge economy, the function, objects, methods and quota system of enterprise statistics should make corresponding changes and developments.The work of enterprise manpower statistics have to deepen,the quota system of enterprise statistics may replenish with the quota of knowledge capital quantity and knowledge productive ratio.
