少数民族优秀大学生人格特征分析——对云南民族学院99届优秀毕业生的人格调查

通过对 33名少数民族优秀毕业生的人格调查发现 :首先 ,优秀大学生的人格发展与其他大学生相比存在显著差异 ,主要表现为 :做事有恒心、责任心强 ;冒险敢为、少有顾虑 ;沉着、有自信 ;自律性强 ;紧张性低。其二 ,性别差异对少数民族优秀大学生人格发展的影响不显著。其三 ,影响少数民族大学生人格发展的主要因素包括 :良好的家庭气氛和父母榜样的力量 ;教师的榜样作用 ;

Through an investigation of the personality traits of thirty-three excellent minority college students from Yunnan University of the Nationalities, the author has reached the following conclusions: Their personality traits are quite different from the ordinary college students. They are persistent, responsible, adventurous, cool-headed, self-confident and self-disciplined; The gender differences have relatively little influence on these excellent students. The main factors influencing their personality development are as follows: good family environment, good parents and teachers, self-training and education.
