摘要
建立了一套超临界流体萃取实验装置。就沙棘油超临界流体萃取进行了较为详细的实验研究。在探讨了压力、温度、颗粒度、装填量以及时间等对萃取率的影响之后 ,获得了指导实际生产的最佳工艺参数条件 。
A set of experimental device, which is used for supercritical fluid extraction for seed oil is developed. The effect of operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, milling degree, void fraction and extraction time on the oil yield is investigated and the optimum conditions are obtained. The affected mechanism and causes of operating parameters on oil yield are analyzed and discussed.
