摘要
研究发现 ,在硫酸介质中 ,Zn(Ⅱ )能催化H2 O2 与酸性铬蓝K的褪色反应 ,加入对硝基酚后 ,对硝基酚又能灵敏地阻抑该氧化褪色反应 ,同时研究了该阻化褪色反应的动力学条件 ,从而建立了一种新的测定痕量对硝基酚的方法 ,该方法的测定范围为 0~ 5 0 μg/L对硝基酚 ,检测限为 0 0 2mg/L对硝基酚 ,用于实验样品中对硝基酚的测定 。
It has been observed that p -nitrophnol can sensitively inhibit the reaction of H 2O 2 discoloraion of acidchrome bluek,catalyzed by Zn(Ⅱ)in dilute sulfuric acid solution,The kinetics of this reaction was investigated in detail and a new method for the determination of trace p -nitrophenol was proposed.The detetion limit is 0.02mg/L and the calibration graph is rectilinear form 0~50μg/L p -nitrophenol it has been applied satisfactorily to the determonation of trace p -nitrphbenol in waste water
