摘要
建立了一种简易、经济的检测发酵液中寡糖含量的方法 .
A simple and economical method was put forward which could isolate and determinate Oligosaccharides in the strain fermentation liquor of leftover bits and pieces of crops.The results of the analysis can be used as a basis for optimizing the fermentation liquor.
