强效丹参片的研制和体外溶出度

The preparation and invitro dissolution of Qiangxiaodansheng tablets

采用淀粉作填充剂和崩解剂 ,滑石粉作润滑剂制备强效丹参片 ,并研究了强效丹参片体外溶出度 .通过 TLC法和 UV法分别检出丹参酮 A和测定阿斯匹林的含量 .结果表明 :本品在人工胃液中 60 min的溶出试验数据用 Weibull分布直线方程拟合 ,线性关系良好 .所有片剂在 45 min内均可溶解 80 %以上 .本品处方较合理 ,制备工艺较简单 。

The preparation and invitro dissolution of Qiangxiaodansheng Tablets were studied.The tablet can be prepared by starch which was used as fillers and disintegrants,talcum powder which was used as lubricants.With help of TLC and UV, the TanshinoneⅡA is examined determined and the content of aspirin is determined respectively. Results show that the dissolution experimental data of the tablet in manmade gastric juice in 60 minutes can be illustrated by Weibull,distributive linear equation.Between them,there is well linear relation. The tablet can be all dissolved more than 80 %, so the formulation is rational, technology is simple and the dissolution experiment invitro is accord with rule for tablet by pharmacopoeia.
