摘要
针对 2 4CXX系列串行 E2 PROM,文章详细给出了其编程原理及具体编程环节的时序 ,并结合 1 6位单片机 80 C1 96KC说明了其在单片机系统中的应用 ,同时给出了关键环节的汇编程序代码 .
The programming method and timing sequence of 24CXX series serial E 2PROM were discussed. As a example, the application of AT24CXX in 16bit singlechip system(80C196KC) was given in details. Some assemble language program were listed in the end.
