救治特重度烧伤并发顽固性高血糖症一例报告

Curing A Case of Extraordinarily Severe Burn Complicated with Pertinacity Severe Hyperglycemia.

目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)在救治特重度烧伤并发顽固性高血糖症治疗方面的作用。方法 :创面采用MEBO换药 ,结合胰岛素控制血糖等治疗。结果 :烧伤后第 30天深Ⅱ度深型创面顺利愈合 ,停用胰岛素 ,血糖能维持正常水平。于伤后第 5 6天创面痊愈。结论 :MEBO使深度创面顺利愈合 ,很好地减轻了应激 。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in curing extraordinarily severe burn complicated with pertinacity severe hyperglycemia. Method: Dressing change was treated with MEBO associated with systemic comprehensive treatment including anti-shock, anti-infection, organs function protecting, nutritional support and controlling glycemia by insulin. Result: When deep II degree burn wound was healed 30 days after burn, blood sugar returned to normal without insulin. The wound was totally healed 56 days after injury. Conclusion: Deep II degree burn wound was successfully treated with MEBO, which relieved stress and provide the substantial basis for controlling severe hyperglycemia
