摘要
目的 :观察外用湿润烧伤膏治疗老年Ⅲ期褥疮的临床效果。方法 :本组 6 0例老年Ⅲ期褥疮病人全部采用湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)湿性包扎法治疗。结果 :本组 6 0例 ,两月内痊愈 47例 ,好转 11例 ,死亡 2例 ,治愈率78 3% ,总有效率 96 7% ;半年内治愈 5 8例 ,治愈率 96 7%。结论 :湿润烧伤膏可以促进老年Ⅲ期褥疮愈合。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating phase III bedsore. Method: All the patients were treated with MEBO moist bandaging method. Results: 47 out of the 60 cases cured and 11 cases turned better after treatment, 2 cases died. The total effective rate was 96.7%. Conclusion: MEBO can promote healing of phase III bedsore.
