在云南澄江、陆良农村开展计划生育优质服务的探讨

Exploring the Quality of Care in Luliang and Chengjiang County in Yunnan Province.

云南省级和县级计划生育和妇幼保健部门合作,在福特基金会的资助下,以云南“妇女生育卫生与发展”合作项目为契机,在生殖健康服务的重点地区——农村开展咨询、对采取避孕措施后的妇女监测随访的同时治疗生殖道感染、治疗不孕不育症等生殖健康系列服务,以一种整合性的跨部门、跨学科合作来满足云南省陆良、澄江两县部分社区农村妇女对计划生育优质服务的需求,探索集知识教育、信息提供、咨询及服务为一体,适合其他农村地区开展的计划生育服务方式。

With supported by the Ford Foundation , and in cooperation with family planning (FP) and maternal and child health(MCH)agencies at the provincial level and the county level,we used the 'Women's Health and Development project for chance, and implemented reproductive health service such as consultation, supervision and follow - up interview among women who have taken conceptions. Meanwhile, we developed the treatment of RTIs and sterility/of infertility in the rural areas which are a series of reproductive health service. With an integrated participation about cross - sectors and multi - disciplinary, the reproductive health service addressed the women's health needs of quality of care about family planning among some parts of communities in rural areas in luliang and chengjiang counties in Yunnan. To explore the best model which is the combination of knowledge, education, information systems, consultation and service, and to carry out the family planning health service suitable for other rural areas.
