早孕人工流产合并尖锐湿疣的处理

A Study on The treatment of Condylomata Acuminate in Early Pregnancy

目的:探讨早孕人工流产合并尖锐湿疣(CA)的有效治疗方法。方法:38例CA未孕者为A组,24例早孕合并CA者为B组,22例早孕合并CA且先行人工流产者为C组,均予消疣净局部治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:A组有效率为89.5％,B组25.0％,C组86.4％,与B组相比,另两组有效率显著增高(P<0.01)。结论:对于早孕人工流产合并CA者,先终止妊娠,再予药物局部治疗为较佳方案。

Objective:To study the effective method of treatment of condylomata acuminate(CA) in early pregnancy. Meth-ods:The 83 diagnosed patients were divided into three groups[ A. B. C] ,xiao you jing painting were used to treat all groups. Results:The cure rate of group A was 89.5% ,the group B was 25.0% ,group C was 86.4% ,it was significantly increased when compared with the group B(P<0.01).Conclusion:The effective method on the treatment of CA in early pregnancy is local treatment(xiao you jing painting) after induced abortion.
