中小学音乐教师的素质培养问题 ,是当前摆在高、中等师范音乐教育工作者面前的重要课题。应该从教学目标定位、充实教学内容。

The problem of fostering music teachers quality in primary and middle schools is an important subject which confronts education workers who work in senior and secondary normal schools.At present we should improve it in following respect,orientation of teaching objective,substantial in content of courses,and perfecting the teaching method and skill.
