苦辛方药运用探析

以基础理论为依据 ,结合临床体会 ,对苦寒和辛温两类方药的合用作了较为深入的探析。从药义分析、配伍特点、证方变化、临床运用等方面进行了论述 ,认为苦辛方药配伍是治疗脾胃、肝胃、胆胃。

Based on the basic theories(TCM) and the clinical experiences,the author made an analysis of the significance of the combined use of the two categories of drugs:drugs bitter in taste and cold in nature and drugs pungent in taste and warm in nature The author made an elaboration focusing on the analysis of the significance of the drugs,the characteristics of compatibility of medicines in prescriptions,the alteration of drugs used in prescriptions according to various symptoms and their clinical applications etc.,pointing out that the combined use of the two categories of drugs is the major therapy for such diseases as the incoordinations between the spleen and the stomach,between the liver and the stomach,between the gallbladder and the stomach and the incoordinations between the intestines and the stomach.
